I’m writing this post wondering if anyone is even still checking to see if I’m writing any further posts. Because I’m aware I’ve been absent for a while. A long while.

Sorry about that! But I hope you’re all still out there.

Between finishing A BREATH OF MAGIC and turning the book in, along with a really nasty bout of a cold/flu (perhaps H1N1, but I’m not positive), time has pretty much disappeared. However, today, I’m feeling a lot more like myself (though, I have a feeling this week is still going to be a little tough health-wise), and I wanted to pop in to exclaim for the world (or whoever is reading this) that A BREATH OF MAGIC is done! Done!

And I’m extremely proud of the story I’ve told. I can’t wait for others to read this book. I can’t wait for it to hit the shelves and find its way into readers hands. Be sure to stay tuned, because once revisions are dealt with, I plan on posting fun little excerpts leading up to the release in May.

I truly can’t wait.

In other news, this week over at The Novel Girls, we’re talking about Halloween. Which I can’t believe is this weekend. Time flies and all that jazz.
